The hotel is in a good location, near 3 restaurants within walking distance. Got a reasonably large and functional room. I appreciated having a second armchair when I arrived.

Very happy two nights in splendid hotel. Facilities very good, food excellent, Staff very helpful. Car Park very good, not easy to find, but superb when you do finf it.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the double glazing provided a quiet environment. The hotel offered free wi-fi that actually worked. The location of the hotel was ideal, being only yards away from the train station, making it easy to explore the area by train.

The breakfast finished quite early at 10.00, and the staff stopped putting out fresh cooked food quite early as well.

Novotel offered a convenient location right next to the train station and close to shops. the staff were friendly and helpful, and I was able to easily obtain an iron for my use. the breakfast buffet had a nice selection, including hot choices. the room was spacious and comfortable, and the reception personnel were pleasant and helpful. the hotel also provided convenient parking directly underneath. It was a relatively short walk to the old town, where there were many small restaurants to choose from. Cons: Nothing to fault. 👍.

The beds and pillows are fantastic! Makes for a good nights sleep.

This place is perfect for exploring the area, with incredibly friendly and accommodating staff providing top-notch service.

The hotel has a great location! Very close to tgv station, and to the center of the city. The bedroom is big and confortable. The bathroom is very clean. Love it!

The staff was not very helpful with our difficult to park our car ( $e 10/day), and it was hard to comunicate in english.

The unit was huge and perfect, with free wireless internet access. Incredibly comfortable location, not too far from a Roman Catholic church. - Just next door to Chenonceau beautiful castle, vegetarian/Indian food restaurants, and the center of Tours.

Centrally located with good access from underground car park direct to bedrooms.

The atmosphere in the hotel was typical of the big brand image not a lot of inspiration gone into the layout or decor.

The chef special evening meal was excellent value, and tasted good as well. The staff in the resturant were also very friendly and attentive.
